Modern Psychotherapy for Therapists
I see a select few individuals for IFS Psychotherapy. These folks identify as helpers and are committed to their own personal growth and healing.
Feel free to reach out if you are a therapist or helper in Texas who is interested in IFS work.
You deserve to be cared for, too.
This work is hard. It's a commitment of constant self-evaluation and growth. It's courageous work and you deserve the very same support you give to others.
I love supporting therapists in honoring all parts of themselves and helping them turn the compassion they have for others inward. Caring for others without caring for ourselves is a quick path to burnout.
Internal Family Systems is such a powerful, holistic approach for lots of folks, but I clearly see it's power with fellow helpers. There's something so beautiful about helpers befriending all parts of themselves, especially when our training often encourages the opposite.
Feel free to reach out if you think we could be a good fit.
